Owner John Yurtchuk partnered with Regent to design and construct the picturesque Montabauer senior living community upon the existing Brothers of Mercy Health Campus on Ransom Rd. in Clarence, NY.

The 111 unit complex named Montabauer Heights, offers single and double apartment units as well as on-site amenities including a theatre, exercise room, chapel, restaurant and a bistro-style cafe.

The complex created over 50 full- and part-time positions and provided the local non-profit with a multi-million dollar increase in private-pay revenue.
